Challenges
I have worked with facility management groups previously and found it hard to get clear scope of works for jobs. I would be chasing them which would be very time consuming and not effective.

Results
With CBM I am sent much more information for each job, which makes it easier to be more prepared for jobs. I also like that I can talk directly with all stakeholders, this helps to provide clearer communication when discussing the job specifics.
One of the great things about CBM is that they provide feedback on your work. I have had 2 audits on my work so far and each time the feedback has been very good, I find this very rewarding.
